Please note that certain items like underwear, masks, and customized products are excluded from our return policy for hygiene and personalization reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid courier label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
